Joint Industry Position Statement Update
The Joint Industry Position Statement compiled by NZ Health Trust has received a tremendous response with over 200 businesses and organisations now having endorsed it. We expect the support of several large, high profile bodies to be added to this list in coming weeks. Interest in the statement from the media and politicians alike has been strong and very positive.
This statement is meeting its objective in sending a very clear message that Government cannot leave this industry in limbo and suffering Australian retribution simply to save itself from further political embarrassment. It demonstrates that industry is united behind a sensible system of regulation.
If your business or group hasn't yet endorsed the statement, please do so online at http://www.nzhealthtrust.co.nz/position_statement.php
From the businesses that endorse the joint industry statement, working groups are being set up around the country to consult on the detail of the optimal regulatory model and if you would like to be involved with this we invite you to contact us.
In the meantime please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or comments.
Kind Regards
